I think it's funny it happened so close to that "Relativity Law Challenge" thing, but I guess these things happen now and then.
What I'd like to know is, will it speed up development of organic computers so that I can have my own interactive "eXistenZ"-meatbag?

Determining wether a number is prime is one thing. Factorising large (4096-bit) keys -- used by the RSA encryption algorithm, amongst others -- is another matter entirely. The current methods of cryptography are secure (for now), so I won't break a sweat just yet.
