Another Graphic Designer... Hmmmm. The pond is getting bigger. Don't we have, like, 5 Graphics guys that hang out here now?

Oh yah, and hi there. Put your helmet on. [Smile]

As long as he doesn't revive anything from 2000, I imagine that he'll fit in as well as I...

Anyone else makes a comment about how "kerrazy" or "maaad" it is in here, and I will make it my mission to riducule, humiliate and insult them from now until they die.

Posted by Ultra Magnus (Member # 239) on :

It's real fucking crazy in here, and most everyone is worthwhile and not at all painful wastes. Stay away from the whacky members, the flameboard is too hot, and elicit sympathy by being godawful. Keep up the feverish masturbation, and don't ever stop talking about starships.

Keep on Trekkin', good buddy.

1. Dig up a thread from years ago as it seems to be some sort of new-person (I hate the term newbie) initiation.

2. Do you think we should have a Stargate-SG1 board?

3. Rate your treks.

I hope he finds where the thread ended up...

"...I will make it my mission to riducule, humiliate and insult them from now until they die."

Whereas your present mission is to only ridicule, humiliate and insult them until they turn fifty?

Hi.

So, where'd the NooB go?

Posted by Ritten (Member # 417) on :

Wandering in the hallway, wondering why the door to his topic is locked....

Maybe he's looking for locomotive breath or some such....

Posted by Jason Abbadon (Member # 882) on :

Someone told him the topic was moved to the sub-basement....by the pool.

BTW, Kill Bill vol. II and The Punisher were both really fun (and very quirky).

Strange Punisher moments include: torturing someone with a popcicle nad a hit man singing tyhe punisher a song about how he's gonna kill him.....with a acustic gutiar...in a diner.
John Travolta was very cool (and believable) as the main bad guy.

Watch for Sam Jackson's quick cameo in Kill Bill II.

I haven't even seen the first Kill Bill, but I do plan to watch them both very soon. I've heard nothing but bad things about The Punisher, but then again, I was a big fan of the 1989 version and was never looking forward to the new movie. Dolph was great. :/

And i'll bet you think the 70's Spidey TV series was Better than the recent movie... [Big Grin]

The one where Peter was in college or something and his roommate was Iceman? I didn't care much for that, nor do I like the Tobey Spider-man movies. They're all dreadful.

"Strange Punisher moments include: torturing someone with a popcicle nad..."

Yes, that does sound unpleasant...

Posted by Ritten (Member # 417) on :

I've never seen, nor do I want to see, a popcicle nad....

Is it for those cold women???

Posted by Nim (Member # 205) on :

No, you're confusing them with that other similar name; test-sickles.

Posted by Jason Abbadon (Member # 882) on :

The scene is all 'bout a guy hanging upside-down from a chain, a blowtorch, popcicle and a raw steak.

See: the Punisher get seranaded in a diner by a hitman from menphis!
See: John Travolta with Pulp Fiction hair!
See: Roy Schieder get shot in the back (something I've yearned for since Seaquest!).
See: The Punisher get stabbed, shot, blown up, beat up, smashed through walls, flipped in a old camaro and get really really drunk.
Then....he gets even.

Posted by TSN (Member # 31) on :

"See: John Travolta with Pulp Fiction hair!"

That doesn't seem particularly special. I mean, one could get the same thing from, say, Pulp Fiction.

Posted by Jason Abbadon (Member # 882) on :

Well....Pulp Fiction was a while ago.

Posted by Captain Mike XLVII (Member # 709) on :

true.and is especially hard to find in stores, compared to the continued popularity and many copies of Punisher you find in your day to day travels.

Posted by PsyLiam (Member # 73) on :

I've never even heard of this Pope Fiction. Does it involve John Paul shouting bible passages before shooting lots of people?

Posted by Ritten (Member # 417) on :

Yes, with a squirt gun filled with 'holy' water....

He also terrorizes the hookers in every major city, skewering them with his holy cross of redemption....

Posted by TSN (Member # 31) on :

Didn't that happen in Debbie Does the Vatican?

Posted by Ritten (Member # 417) on :

I don't know, I will have to go rent that an see....

Spiderman and his Amazing Friends!! That was a sweet cartoon. At least, when I was 10 it was awesome.

What's not to like? Iron Man hooks Spidey, Firestar (*drooool*) and Iceman up with a bunch of super computer equipment that they secretly install in Aunt Mae's basment. Iceman and Firestar both have awesome "super power on" moves. It was great!

Ever see the one with the X-Men? Firestar and Iceman go to a class reunion at the mansion. Of course, everyone is hanging around in their costumes. Some bad guy shows up and imprisons everyone in the mansion. They have to go through all the floors to find the bad guy who can imitate them all. Spidey saves the day.

I recall one with Sub-Mariner and Captain America.....the bad guy could change shape to inpersonate the heroes...

Ah! It was called "Seven Little Superheroes" and the dog sniffed him out at the end.
You'll never believe this, but no one died despite all the villian's traps and Sub-Mariner being trapped in a vat of rubbing alchohol.

Why can i remember this shit but not my mom's phone number?

I blame Aunt May and her cookies.

It's Spider-Man. Not Spiderman. Sheesh.

I liked this thread better when it was veering towards sex.....

Spider-Man does the X-men????

Will the next movie be better???

Abandon Ship Jason said: "I recall one with Sub-Mariner and Captain America.....the bad guy could change shape to inpersonate the heroes..."

I too saw that in the late eighties, one hero was drowned in quicksand in the garden, I believe. Real sick shit. And Firestar did some nerdy stunt and jumped a motorbike over an obstacle.
