She could very well have a good case against Best Buy. That was a major fuck-up on their part. I feel that your personal information is priceless.

Chances are it was one of those cases of a shop employee taking it because they saw the chance. And best buy not wanting to admit that they are made up of theives.

I'd guess pretty big. You figure that computers are small and easy to get away with, and the personal info on those computers, not to mention other electronic crap they sell, ipods, cell phones, mem sticks, video games, dvds etc. Just depends on the Scum in the area I guess
