There's a thing from Doctor Who that I think must be true, and all the sci-fi sex is just a visible sign of it...
It was in the new series, the episode where they meet Suave Time-Traveling Guy from the Far Future (can't remember his *name* goddamn) and he shows bisexual tastes. Doctor Who tells Rose he's just being a 56th century man (or whichever century it is) and, to paraphrase the good Doctor, "So many species, so little time..." Rose says, "You mean that's what we do, we go out into the galaxy and meet aliens....and...and..." *The Doctor nods or something, I only saw it once*
Anyway, that little bit was so extremely funny to me, because it just seems so *incredibly likely* that that's what we'll do, go seek out new life and new civilizations and boldly mate with 'em all! Posted by Fabrux (Member # 71) on :
