A) So non-humans can be tried at a court of law in Macedonia? Or what? I can't find anything about that. I don't suppose we have any international law experts here B) Macedonian law allows trials held in absentia as long as the trial is repeated later, when the offender is available to the judiciary. Seems rather like a waste of time, doesn't it?

No, we don't legally have to clean it up, but I personally dont want to risk stepping in deer crap when I take my dog for a walk. Secondly, I don't want her eating the deer crap, and then kissing me on the face.
