You know, it's probly, like, rosemary, parsley, thyme, basil, oregano, etc. Just 11 ordinary herbs and spices. I mean KFC isn't really any better than any other fried chicken to me...

According to Omni magazine it was:
Flour, Salt, Pepper and MSG. I think the 11 herbs and spices was just a marketing ploy that is still working after all these years.

There are no Popeye's round these parts. There was one in Waco when I lived there but I never went in.
