This seems like crap, but I found an article at the LANL site that was talking about this. Surely radio waves going FTL *is* information going FTL? This should be impossible. An April Fool's joke or something?

Well, no. It doesn't. There's a spot in one location, and then there's a spot in a different location. The distance and time involved might require a speed greater than c to travel, but nothing is actually doing that travelling.
Also, the author repeatedly uses the word "phenomenon" as if it were plural.
