I was watching an ep of American Dad! when a few frames of this image popped up during a zoom-out; the music is actually houses or roads or something. Wondering if anybody can read music and tell me if it's a song or what.

Alot of it appears to be nonsense to me (can't say I'm an expert by any means). There's no timing listed and the number of beats seems to vary from bar to bar. Some of the notes don't make any sense in their placement or the way they're drawn. I seriously doubt it's a real piece of music.
