We also pointed out that this was unfair and discriminatory, not to mention bad for the economy, and rejected your model on those basies(SP?). My dictionary defines "fair" as being synonymous with "just," which is defined as suggesting equal treatment of all concerned. You don't want that. Fairness is not trying to equalize the outcome.
