Interesting, what you find on the web. Have a look: Chavurath B'nei Noach of Fort Worth, Texas.

Apparently this is how to be a "good" gentile when you'd rather not be circumcised. Rather interesting, especially the fact that when they have disagreements between themselves, they settle it before an orthodox Jewish Court.
