Bernd, they only "crack down" on sites that provide full episode, etc., usually, so you have nothing to worry about... I think...

Garak is right, Bernd. It's just not worth their trouble. Sites like Delta Blues caught their attention because it provided a long dialogue-heavy synopsis of each Voyager episode. When they scaled back, everything was cool.

When one hosts the entire bloody episode on one's site, one gets a letter telling one to remove it. There's nothing at all wrong with the actions above. (This was posted about on the TrekWeb board at least a month ago...)
