I think this sort of discussion is important, as many of us have only heard and seen the stereotypes portrayed in the mass media, and few of us have personal knowledge of these things. It is good that we learn who each of us is and perhaps this will allow us to see beyond our preconceptions of what someone ought to be, and behold the person that is.
I'll start with a question. If it turns out that no-one here is a Muslim, I suppose I'll have to look elsewhere, but if all I wanted to know about was the religion, there are many resources both on and off the web for that. I'm interested in the people here.
