What began with a simple rant over customer service has expanded into a fight over First Amendment rights. True, free speech only goes so far: discrimination, for instance, isn't tolerated. But I don't see how a disgruntled customer publically voicing his <b>opinion</b> (I don't think anyone would be satisfied with that kind of "service") can possibly be considered libel. He's simply letting the world know how he feels - he has that right. A rather... comical situation, this. He didn't overly exagerate anything. I'm sure you should have the rights under your constitution to speak out if you have been wronged in this way.
