According to the guy who sent me this (he's from Philadelphia who moved to Toronto and then back to South Carolina), he says the following:

So who cares what this guy thinks? The pilot in question is being court-martialed, and will be found guilty or innocent as the court decides.

Well, as she puts it they were given no info about live fire exercises in the area. This is the armed forces that the rest of the world is supposed to follow into battle? No wonder the rest of the world is so reluctant. Seems like incompetence from the top Commander all the way down to the bottom.

actually the rule is never have ammo, or oil, while the americans are running roughshod over the principles of civilized international behavior in the name of greed and their lust for violent domination of the world. so technically the canadians were in the way.

Perhaps there is no wish to dominate land as such, but resource domination? I'd say they're totally out to dominate global resources.
