A first-year medical student wouldn't transplant organs into a person needing them, if they'd been misinformed that the blood types matched? Why not? Other than the obvious fact that first-year med students don't perform transplants...

They've transplanted a second, matching set into the kid. She's apparently off life-support and doing much better, from what I've heard.

Criminal charges are being called against Dr. Jaggers, the man who did the first (and ironically, second) transplants. It should happen.
