I'm currently trying to cancel two incomplete downloads in quene in my itunes account, but I'm unable to. I try sending an e-mail to apple through their contact form, but I keep getting an error. I try to post my problem on the support forms, but I can't find any button to post or start a new thread. WHAT THE FUCK!!!

Perhaps you haven't registered? Sometimes higher forum functions only surface after logging in. You could uninstall itunes and then reinstall from the latest itunes software. Anyhow, I don't see how the incomplete songs could hurt, unless you've been billed for them but can't play them. If not, try downloading them again?

Well I was able to finally contact someone from iTunes support, who cleared up the problem for me. Why I was having so much trouble the day before will remain a mystery to me. And their forum still sucks.
