Okay, i'm a day late but I was in a Turkey Coma untill now...

Hopefully you're all good and stuffed on leftovers.
What did everybody do?
Did you brave the mad rush to consume mass quantities today?

Was just another day for me: went to school, went to work, smoked a doobie, and went to bed.

So if you stuff yourselves silly at Thanksgiving - what do you do at Christmas!?!

More of the same.

How do you think we got so fat over here?

Actually, I usually just share a pizza with my flat-mate in Christmas.
I'm not a Christian so there's no need to stand on tradition there.

Christmas isn't really a big deal in my family. There are a few religious people, but most of us are either only nominally religious or flat-out agnostics and/or atheists.

And yet, we still have gifts, and ham, and a tree, and my little cousins have Santa.

(Yes, I'm just posting this to get the forumspam off the front page.)

Yeah- i still give gifts too- though at no particular date.
That's kinda weird, thinking on it.

We just send money or gifts or flowers or whatever- my Mom and Gandma need cards- Woe to the Grandson that does not send the onligatory Card to go on her Mantle.
Woe indeed.

My Grandma said to stop sending flowers- to save them for her funeral, instead of making her house look like she's already died.
I love that snarky old lady.

I always send a gift to my sister and I always get in return......nothing.
Mom always sends me a check, which I dont cash.

My best friend though- that's where the swag is.

Anyone get anything yet?

Fuck- it's cold enough to snow here tonight: down to mid 30's with a wind chill of "F-F-F-fuck!".

Zero percipitation here though- freezing but not snow-able.

hmmm...time to make the chineese food place bring me some soup.
And to crank the heat up.

Well, we're supposed to get 5-10cm tonight, thats like 4-5 inches i think, low -5 so thats like low 20's i think in american degrees.

oh and and the freezing rain is supposed to start soon. looks like I'll be driving sideways all the way to school tomarrow... stupid truck...

on the plus side the temp is really warm compared to normal...

as for global warming, well, we still get -45 degrees here during winter.
