Well, you get the picture. You have 20 questions to guess. GO!!!!!

"My Name is Elmer Fudd, Millionaire. I own a Mansion and a Yacht."
Psychiatrist: "Again."

Ross: "Inter arma, enim silent leges."
Bashir: "'In the time of war the law falls silent.' Cicero. Have we become a 24th-century Rome, driven by the fact that Caesar can do no wrong?!"
-Inter Arma Enim Silent Leges

I bet when Neanderthal kids would make a snowman, someone would
always end up saying "Don't forget the big heavy eyebrows." Then they would all get embarrassed because they remembered they had the big hunky eyebrows too, and then they would get mad and eat the snowman.

And yes, it has made appearances in more than one series.

Just a stab in the dark. Probably wrong, though..

Democracy simply means the bludgeoning of the people, by the people and for the people.
No initials, TLE, that would be a dead giveaway. And no, that person never died before.
And no, that person isn't omnipotent.

We did it on the floor,
We did it by the door,
We did it all night,
We did it under a light,
So how about for tonight we do it some more...

Heed the words of TLE's question VERY CAREFULLY.

"The things hollow--it goes on forever--and--oh my God!--it's full of stars!" -David Bowman's last transmission back to Earth, 2001: A Space Odyssey

Not a main character.
Appeared in at least two series.
Not bald.
Never died.
Not omnipotent.
From a Federation member race.
Not posted on a starbase/ship.
Not an XO clone.
Not Lwaxana Troi or Vash.
I'm trying to think of all the characters who have crossed over between series. The fact that it isn't a mina character throws out quite a few (Picard, Riker, Spock, Scotty, McCoy, Sulu, O'Brien, Worf, Troi, Tuvok, Bashir, Quark, and maybe even others). The fact that it's a Federation race leaves out the Klingons from TOS (who have all died, anyway), plus the Klingon-turned-human from the Tribble episodes, and also Alexander Rozhenko. Of course, Q and Tom Riker are out. The hair thing tosses out the two Ferengi from "The Price".
The only ones left that I can think of are Janice Rand and Reg Barclay.

Lisa: "A rose by any other name would smell as sweet."
Bart: "Not if you called them 'stench blossoms'..."

And I'm curious about the "Heed the words of TLE's question VERY CAREFULLY." --> "have they ever died before (not necessarily did they stay dead )?" --> "And no, that person never died before." A devious person could take this as meaning "they haven't died before the time when they died for good".
Is it Keiko? Is it Sarek?
------------------
-->Identity Crisis<--
But yes, it's Ambassador Sarek.
Considering the new SSA will include characters (which I think it should not, considering the vast number of characters in Trek), there will be no more guessing Trek Characters.

Fool of a Took, throw yourself in next time!!
Gandalf
And the answer can't be Sarek. He's ruled out by the fact that he's been dead since TNG's fifth or sixth season...
