Or so says SciPubTech. We all know it's really just type X.

Since I asked nearly all the questions in the last contest, and I just did the one before that, I'll take a break from these after this one, or at least limit myself to one or two questions per contest. Also, if nobody gets this (which is possible, but unlikely), TSN gets the next contest.

Anyway, you know the rules. 25 questions.

Actually, I can answer that question...yes, it's bigger than Person Man.

Didn't Triangle Man defeat Person Man?

My real question: Is it Starfleet or Fed controlled?

7: "Believe me, I am plenty turned off."

No to both questions. Well, except the one about Triangle Man defeating Person Man.

So it's larger than a human, smaller than Earth, and not controlled by Fed. I'd guess some sort of alien ship or installation. Or maybe a large life form. Or a small planet. OK, so it's not as narrow a field as I thought.

Is it at least partly artificial?

Nope.

And, just to clear things up, this is the verse of "Particle Man" I am using to determine the size of Person Man:

quote:
Person man, person man
Hit on the head with a frying pan
Lives his life in a garbage can
Person man

Well, according to his name "Person Man" is a person. That was the intent of my question, which I've told you. Are you saying that you're assuming Person Man could be anything that can fit in a garbage can? That could be pretty small.

I assume Person Man is as large as possible while still fitting comfortably within a garbage can, yes.

The kind I have. :P

Maybe someone should ask a different question concerning the size of this.

So it's alive, with no artificial parts. It's not a Borg, then. It's not Tin Man, AKA Gomtu, Jeff. It's a living thing between the sizes of a human being and Earth.

That giant amoeba, perhaps?

Did it appear in more than one Trek production?

Did it first appear before the beginning of DS9?

The Salt Vampire appeared as a statue in "The Squire of Gothos". As I recall, it's what Trelane vaporized while examining a phaser.

Well, by saying that he (we've got it narrowed donw to a human male, so I guess we can dispense w/ the "it") isn't controlled by the UFP, but not specifying a time period, you imply that he has never been controlled by the Federation...
