Did it appear in more than one Trek production? Was its first appearance before the beginning of DS9? ------------------ You are wise, witty, and wonderful, but you spend far too much time reading this sort of trash.

Larger than Double of Frank's Mass? At this point, I'd say no.No, it did not appear in more than one Trek Production. As for whether it appeared before the start of DS9, no. 25 ------------------ "My Name is Elmer Fudd, Millionaire. I own a Mansion and a Yacht." Psychiatrist: "Again."

So it was after the start of DS9, but before the start of Voyager. That means the last season or two of TNG, and the first two and a half of DS9. And maybe Generations. Was it seen in DS9? Is it artificial? ------------------ You are wise, witty, and wonderful, but you spend far too much time reading this sort of trash. [This message has been edited by Omega (edited March 22, 2000).]

No, it was not seen in Season 7 of TNG. God, perhaps I should wipe out 10 questions to make this more fair.- It is not larger than double of Frank's Mass - It did not appear in more than one episode - It did not appear before the start of DS9 - It did appear before the start of Voyager - It was not in DS9 - It is not Artificial. - It was not seen in Season 7 of TNG 21 Questions Remaining (11 if I take 10 off ) ------------------ "My Name is Elmer Fudd, Millionaire. OK, that narrows it down to the episodes between "Ship in a Bottle" and "Descent, Pt. 1". And possibly Generations, depending on the stardate of "Caretaker".Is it a humanoid life form? ------------------ You are wise, witty, and wonderful, but you spend far too much time reading this sort of trash.

Nope, it isn't a humanoid life form.- It is not larger than double of Frank's Mass - It did not appear in more than one episode - It did not appear before the start of DS9 - It did appear before the start of Voyager - It was not in DS9 - It is not Artificial. - It was not seen in Season 7 of TNG - It is not a humanoid Lifeform. 20 (maybe 10) questions remaining. Should I take 10 off? I'm reasonably confident that you can get it in less than 10 questions. ------------------ "My Name is Elmer Fudd, Millionaire. I own a Mansion and a Yacht." The stardate of "Caretaker" is before Generations's. But Generations aired before "Caretaker", so it probably counts... ------------------ "Hey! You quoted me!" - Fabrux to Frank G, March 21

Well, we've narrowed it down to seven episodes and a movie. Was it seen in a production produced before "Second Chances"? It's natural, but less that double Frank's mass, and not a humanoid life-form. That's a tough one. I'd go for those quantum singularity aliens in "Timescape". That's an official guess. I think it's a good idea not to allow asking of "Is it alive?" or "Is it artificial?". It makes it too easy. ------------------ You are wise, witty, and wonderful, but you spend far too much time reading this sort of trash.

DAMN IT!!!!!Ahem..... it appears that I screwed up. After visiting the episode list, it appears that the SSA appeared in an Episode BEFORE Lessons. Not after. That means that all of Omega's Questions are null and void. So....... - It is not larger than double of Frank's Mass - It did not appear in more than one episode - It did not appear before the start of DS9 - It did appear before the start of Voyager - It was not in DS9 - It is not Artificial. - It was not seen in Season 7 of TNG - It is not a humanoid Lifeform. - It is not the Nexus - It WAS in an episode before "Lessons" Still 18 questions left. As for the artificial thing, we do have Artificial Lifeforms, namely Data and Lal, and we also have natural Anomalies, such as Tykens Rift. I wouldn't discount that question yet. ------------------ "My Name is Elmer Fudd, Millionaire. I own a Mansion and a Yacht." Psychiatrist: "Again."
