Hello. I've taken 9 more songs, hacked them up and I dare you to guess what they are. The fact that I have a warped view of what would be considered hard and what would be considered mediums was made clear in my last Name These Tunes. This one will probably be no different so if you find the hard one to be 100 times easier than the easy ones, please don't beat me over the head because of it.

With regards to the second easy one, all of you will know what the song is so I am requiring you to tell my who made the paticular version of the song you hear on the 2nd easy link

First off, I have to say for some unknown reason NONE of these songs download correctly. They all seem to stop downloading about 1/4th to 1/2 of the way finished, and wont complete themselves at all, so I'm not hearing the entire short clip.

Easy 1: Weird Al Yankovic - "The Night Santa Went Crazy" - Bad Hair Day
Easy 2: "Decks The Halls With Balls Of Holly", but I dunno by whom...
Easy 3: Train - "Drops of Jupiter"?

Medium 1: No Clue
Medium 2: No Clue
Medium 3: No Clue

Hard 1: Hootie & The Blowfish - "Let Her Cry" - Cracked Rear View
Hard 2: No Clue
Hard 3: No Clue

Well, w/o looking at any replies...

The first one is something by "Weird Al" Yankovic (the voice is pretty obvious), but I'm not familiar w/ the song itself.

The second one is Mannheim Steamroller's rendition of "Deck the Halls".

The third medium is Harry Chapin's "Cat's in the Cradle". If anyone can't get that, I'd be very surprised.

The second hard one is something I'm sure I've heard, but I don't know what it is.

*reads Matt's answers*

Okay, so I'm surprised. I thought everyone on the planet had heard "Cat's in the Cradle". Oh well.

And I kind of thought the third one might be "Drops of Jupiter". Gods, what an awful song...

I think Medium 2 is "Tom Dooley" by the Kingston Trio, but it's been eons since I've heard it.

Hard 3 is most DEFinitiely "The Mummer's Dance" by Lorenna McKennitt.

OK, not looking at any other answers...

E1: Something by Weird Al, no clue what
E2: "Deck the Halls", Mannheim Steamroller rendition

I got no clue about the rest.

Our collated efforts have produced the following thus far:

Easy 1: Weird Al Yankovic - "The Night Santa Went Crazy"
Easy 2: Mannheim Steamroller - "Decks The Halls"
Easy 3: Train - "Drops of Jupiter"

Medium 1: BLANK
Medium 2: BLANK
Medium 3: Harry Chapin - "Cats in the Cradle"

Hard 1: Hootie & The Blowfish - "Let Her Cry"
Hard 2: Barenaked Ladies - "Pinch Me"
Hard 3: Lorenna McKennitt - "The Mummer's Dance"

Medium 2 certainly sounds like the Kingston Trio, but I'm positive that it isn't "Tom Dooley."
