I will not tell a lie, all of the Enterprise questions, as I have only seen the opening episode and this seasons finale and I had to look up a couple of names, mostly for spelling for parts 2 & 3. However all of the rest came from memory.

Actually, IIRC, Degra didn't fully create the superweapon. It had been the Xindi Aquatics that primarily did (rather the design). It was Degra who was put in charge of construction and testing, and operation.
