She's not a Goa'uld, but she may have previously been a host. Her name's Vala, and we saw her and Daniel repeatedly (and comedically) kicking each other's ass in season 8's Prometheus Unbound.

Jewel Staite played Kaylee on Firefly, and will be in an upcoming episode of Stargate Atlantis. Michelle Forbes is a big spoiler on that Gateworld website, and we should probably not say anything more about her here.
