Okay, so the Emperor’s flagship is not the Defiant, but the Charon. And the Charon is an unconventional Starfleet/Terran design, to say the least. In fact, given the ship’s name, and hull shape, and that it seems to be built around a freaking star, I’m wondering if this ship is connected to the Romulans somehow.
Did... did they just eat Mirror Saru? Damn, Discovery... just... just damn.
Mirror Stamets has corrupted the network, and everything connected with it seems to be going up in smoke. I’m guessing that’s why the spore drive gets abandoned.
Emperor Georgiou brings up what I already have: Use of interphasic space causes madness and death.
All Mirror Universe humans are sensitive to light? Since when?!
And yeah, the Lorca we’ve been following this whole time is actually Mirror Lorca. Yet another plot twist that the internet saw miles away. Hopefully we’ll find out Prime Lorca’s fate at some point.
And yeah, still stuck in the Mirror Universe. It’s starting to wear a bit thin, Discovery. Get a move on.

If I were on the DSC writing team, I would take the fact that the internet has correctly figured out all of my plot twists far in advance as a sign that I was a shitty writer, & that I needed to step up my game a lot.
Just sayin'.

Well to be fair, the internet has been doing that for quite some time. R+L=J in GoT for example. If anything, I would say that this was one of their better kept secrets compared to the Voq/Ash thing (which was beyond obvious)/
I don't think that was Mirror Saru but still fucking metal as hell.
I have a feeling they will never return to the Prime universe but instead hop around between universes (and time!) in some sort of Sliders-esque version of Trek.

Yeah, but these were actually so fucking easy to suss out. That's not good.
I've thought that about the universe-hopping as well, but I don't think they started out in our TOS prime universe...but I bet they'll end up there.
Also, still wondering about Terran Empire logo change. Why add the upside-down delta? Totally unnecessary & entirely not subtle.

Is it just me or is the CGI getting more and more crappy? This is Babylon 5 level.

I think it's you. I'm watching at 720p & above, & shit's crisp af.
Also, I love B5.

I love B5 too but the CGI couldn't compete with the physical models of TNG/DS9. And neither can the neon lit models of DIS.
