Well it's killing me, and I just gotta know. Why do people believe that IE is a danger to the Internet? Microsoft owns the majority share of the market, so if you want to write a virus that affects the most people, you write it for Microsoft, duh. However, that has nothing to do with IE being dangerous. The real danger to the internet is stupid users, again the majority of whom us Microsoft. People who don't update their software or take simple precautions such as not opening suspecious email or turning on prompts for ActiveX and other scripting languages.
You can't ban stupidity... you can only laugh at the suckers that ruin hundreds of dollars worth of PC every week because they refuse to be responsible users.

I need to buy a new computer. One that isn't 6 years old. And I need to get a connection that doesn't take all night to download software.
This random semi-related thought was brought to you by Friday morning boredom and by the Pop Tart I'm eating right now.

1) This has already been addressed. See here. 2) This is the wrong forum for this. But since this topic has already been addressed in another thread, I won't bother moving this one.
