I saw a few photos showing the "Enterprise" Set being built. Someone took photos of the photos, but It just got me thinking. I'm sure that the photos we see in the trek mags and books must add up to 20% of the photos they have. Why not setup a digital archive for all the photos sketches...etc. I would $20-$30 a month for it.
What about a digital version of the " Trek Mag" or Digital Version of "Tech books"?

Have fun trying to make money with that -- Paramount rapes with lisencing fees when it comes to Star Trek.

Hmmm.....mabye just a loose confederation of fan sites that hope to cover all the published photos over several servers?
I have about four CD's of starship refrences currently for building models: I'd burn a set for someone to upload if this gets going.

You don't have one of the Trinculo, do you?

Hmm...I think I have a photoshopped version: the same gag that had the "D" replaced with "E" on the 4-foot model. What in hell is the Trinculo supposed to be from anyway? I dont get the origin of the supposed ship's name either.
If we do this, we'd have to categorize it into "studio models", CGI, fan models, fan CGI, Fan designs....and then by ship class. It'd be alot of work.

Trinculo was a character from a Shakespeare play. I forgot which one. You can google it to find out which play it is.

Yeah...it's one of Uranus' moons as well. (I'm not that lazy- google is easy)
Silly name for a GCS though.

I think it would be cool to do a fan made magazine.
I made this quick cover.

There'd have to be the "FAN fan" section with articles like "Was there a Starship Discovery in 2266?"

The "E" on the Enterprise-D model wasn't a photoshopped gag. ILM relabelled it in case the next film used a Galaxy-class 1701-E.
