I beleive Someone has a nice mesh of the Delta Flyer they made not long after the Flyer became part of Voyager.
I beleive it was Mike W that did the ship.

What has happened with the Delta Flyer? I haven't seen it much in the latest episodes.

There's only so much they can do with it. At first, it was the novelty factor, but as time goes on, the writers need to write different kind of episodes, and if they don't include the Delta Flyer, then so be it.
