I was reading the Larry Nemecek TNG Companion/Compendium - the entry about "When the Bough Breaks..." anyway one of the children is MacKenzie Westmore - Michael Westmore's daughter... is it plausible that she played the same "girl" but grown up in "Insurrection"? Cause MacKenzie was in "Insurrection too...Andrew ------------------ "Its a CLOCK!" - Sisko, "Dramatis Personae" DS9.

Who did she play in Insurrection? If it was one of the Bak'u children then I'd say no, it's far from plausible.------------------ "Resolve and thou art free."

I'm sure I saw her as a SF officer - but yeah - maybe she was a Bak'u - I remember Marina Sirtis jokingly complaining about McKenzies continual screen time - although how much of that made it to the movie - who knows. Why is it that the 'lesser' films all seem to have heaps cut from the final 'cut' see TMP, ST:TFF, ST:G and ST:I------------------ "Its a CLOCK!" - Sisko, "Dramatis Personae" DS9.

Oh, and Aban - I know its wierd - but when you think about it - if MW was say 10 in 1987 (When The Bough...) she would be at least 21 in Insurrection - so not a Bak'u child...------------------ "Its a CLOCK!" - Sisko, "Dramatis Personae" DS9.

Well, I don't know what MW looks like but if she was an SF officer, that would be a cool tie in. The little from WTBB grew up, graduated the Academy and was posted to the Ent E on her first assignment. This remind us just how long ST:TNG has been around!!------------------ "Resolve and thou art free."

According to IMDb, she played "Ba'ku Woman". Which Ba'ku woman, it didn't say. Wild guess, maybe the one who is reunited w/ her son at the end?Interesting side note... IMDb also said that Westmore played "Ensign Jenkins" in Voyager's "Warhead". So, anyone who wants to figure it out, watch "Warhead" (coincidentally this week's rerun), figure out what she looks like, then check all the Ba'ku scenes in Insurrection and find her. ------------------ "Back in the 14th century, stair-stepping to the oldies was not considered manly." -John Scalzi, on the longbow as the best weapon of the second millennium

As I recall, she had also auditioned for the role of Ezri Dax.------------------ "The demon was an idea, the demon is awake. Scratch mark left across the surface of your mind. This hour now upon us, the hour has now arrived." -- Soul Coughing

She played "Rose", whichever one that was. She would have been about nine years old (she's 22 now, BTW).IMDb is such a handy reference... :-) ------------------ "Back in the 14th century, stair-stepping to the oldies was not considered manly." -John Scalzi, on the longbow as the best weapon of the second millennium
