Executive Editor John Ordover has announced that if he receives one thousand individual letters from people asking for another Captain Sulu novel, then there will be another one. Form letters and petitions will not count, and he will only accept one letter per person. To participate, send your letter to:
Captain Sulu

Now. I know many of you may be saying 'it's just a book, so what?' BUT... those of you who might want to see a Sulu film or TV-movie or series might want to consider what a show of fan demand for Sulu material might do to support that position.
These letters MUST be postmarked by May 1, so if you're going to do anything, do it now!
This public service message has been brought to you by Archgeeks Anonymous, in coordination with Rampant Lion Productions.

Anyway, it's probably a moot point. as of yesterday, they were only at 535 letters, a little over halfway there, so unless a FLOOD of letters is written/arrives by the deadline, (although people could still mail, as long as it was postmarked by May 1, -- hmm, wonder if you could get the post office to post-date it?) it's a no-go. *sigh* I was looking forward to buying another book.
Well, you should still write letters demanding a really cool Starship book, not just something thrown together.
