Tell me what you'd think of this idea: what if Trek 10 opened with Riker and Troi getting married? It'd give the writers an excuse for getting Worf into the movie, and Picard performing the ceremony might add impact to his hypothetical death.

Well, it's one way I suppose to kill off 2 characters popularity at once - Riker & Troi that is. I can hear it now, "Honey,I'm home", and all that other crap...boring, yawn...well you did ask.
