*Everyone on the station* suddenly obsessed about a puny baseball game? That's ludicrous. If I had been in his crew, Sisko could have begged on his knees and I wouldn't have joined (well, I'm an extremely bad sportsman anyway - but so was Quark too).
And I can't help the impression that someone intentionally wanted to ruin the reputation of Vulcans by presenting them as arrogant. Bad bad writing.
