You might try contacting them directly or looking around a bit more.

I know that Dave Schmidt has a bunch of copies of Prototype, so you might try contacting him. I was going to buy a copie from him, but he seems to have disappeared...

Actually, I've been offline for several months - just got back.

I still have copies, and will ship them for $25.00 (shipping included).
