I was just wondering if anyone knew of a site were I could go to find out what the newest releases of tech manuals and Star Trek encyclopedias are, and perhaps reviews.

Simonsays' usefulness as of late has hit next to rock bottom, of course. Psi Phi tends to scoop them at every turn and gets far more attention from the editors than the official site, so it's probably more useful.
