Except that the Powers That Be that the name comes from didn't quite look like that.
(I'd also like to take credit for initially using the phrase, but I'm sure someone else will claim they beat me to it. None the less, I did start the rumours about Simon "Big Trousers" Sizer, so that counts for something.)
