Is Vorik played by the same actor as Senator Vreenak from DS9? I like Vreenak, he's a scary Romulan and bad as one can get!

Nope.
Vorik is played by Alexander Enberg, and Vreenak was played by Stephen McHattie, IIRC.

Of course the guy who plays Vorik in VGR also played a Vulcan ensign in "Lower Decks". BTW, what ever happened to Vorik anyway? I haven't seen him since "Extreme Measures".
