If anyone is interested, there was another female Vorta in the latest DS9 episode. I think someone gave her name, but I wasn't paying attention when they did. She died, anyway.

Luaren was her name-o. She was a pretty neat Vorta, too. "Alas, poor Luaren..."

She was played by Kitty Swink, who just happens to be Armin Shimerman's wife.

I recognise that name. . . but then: Swink? Who wouldn't? Who could forget a name like that? 8)

It's like you never seen a Female Vorta before. Remember the first vorta ever seen, she was female. And she had some psychokinetic powers or something.
What did happen to the Vorta's special powers

My guess is that it's another of those plot threads hanging off the cliff of half written stories. Still it's a bit hard to cover everything with a limited number of shows!

The first female Vorta looked a lot better :P This one looks like Weyoun's little brother or something.
Maybe she is. Maybe it was a slow day at the cloning facility and they were bored. . . 8)

She was also in a "Babylon 5" episode, 'Matter of Honor.' The credits list her as "Senator."

Anyone remember Kilana, the Vorta from "The Ship"? * Fnarr, fnarr! *
I think it might be amusing to work in a Dominion cloning facility: When the supervisor is gone on a lunch break, you could have great fun engineering some diabolical monstosities. (I won't even bring up the Freedom class. Opps, too late.)
