Yeah, I've seen it. Some fanboy knockoff of MST3K. The trouble, despite having an eminently riffable movie (Trek V), they only succeed in proving how good the MST3K guys were by comparison. These fans overdid the commentary, stepping all over each other with too many jokes, many of which were duds. I found it more painful to sit through than Trek V alone.
