Does anyone know of any good Web sites that have the shooting scripts or transcripts from each episode of the original series, animated series, TNG, and/or Deep Space Nine?
My queries tend to return too many hits for poorly written episode guides. Any suggestions?

Yes. Post on a science-fiction Trek oriented forum and ask for help.

Malnurtured Snay, thank you for supporting my decision to post my question on the Flare forums.
Do you have any URL suggestions where I might find the information that I am looking for?

It's really not that hard! I've got them, and they're definitely worth it...

I purchased both the Star Trek: The Next Generation Technical Manual and Star Trek: Captain's Chair CD-ROMs and I was very disappointed with both them. Particularly, I dislike the LCARS animated user interface because its so slow and the way they used QuickTime VR in these programs. The version of QuickTime VR they have keeps wanting to overwrite the latest version of QuickTime on my PC.
Do the Companion CD-ROMs have a decent user interface and good search engines? I was reluctant to buy them when I first saw them because of my previous bad experiences with the previously mentioned CD-ROMs. Plus, it looks like its out of print and no longer available from Amazon and I would need to deal with individuals or businesses outside of Amazon. Once burned, twice shy.

Well, for the less cynical, financially strapped Trek-fans, I found this site for TOS. Unfortunately you have to guess who is saying the lines...but otherwise the facts are all there. There are also a few various Voyager, TNG and DS9 transcripts here, here, and here.
There was another site: http://www.crosswinds.net/~capttrekker/ ...but it seems to now be defunct.
