Preview Trailer for the TOS DVD release and let me tell you ... it's just ... disturbing.

Wow. That was... different. I mean than I expected. I mean even with the warning that it would be different than I expected.

Haha. Truly Shatner's best moments. I feel a whole lot of www.khaaan.com's coming up.

Mmmm, thats some good stuff. It makes me question both my interest in the crossbreeding of 60s SciFi tv and 70s funkadelic music and my own heterosexuality.

I liked the part where they said "exotic worlds", and showed three identical shots of the Enterprise orbiting that same cloud-covered planet, just in three different colors.

I love Burt T Kirk's grimacing when he's evil and has all that eyeliner.

His evilness is also helpfully and tastefully accented by being lit from below.

(It just occurs to me that by describing them as "evil" and "good" we actually do the episode a disservice, as, occasional ridiculousness aside, it went to some lengths to establish that the split was passive/aggressive ((as opposed to good/evil)) with no checks on either.)
(This is the saddest post I have posted in some time.)
