Have any Borg ever been seen with any hair? Be it facial or head hair? (with the exception of 7of9 and other similar "De-Assimilated" characters).

Also has a Hirogen Borg ever been seen?

No Hirogen borg, and as far as I know - no 'hirsuite' borg. I don't know about Locutus/Picard if that actually shaved off the rest of his hair.

I think Locutus still had hair.

They did make a toy of an Hirogen Borg, but I don't think we've seen one on screen. Klingon, yes. Bolian, yes. Cardassian, yes.

Also a Romulan Borg on at least one occasion.

So much for the TNG standard of the Borg "not assimilating indivuals".

Voyager sure fucked up the Borg.

Funny you should mention that actually. I am writing a guide to the Art Asylum figures and those are two points I think AA fucked up on. The figure license for the Borg states that only races seen in Star Trek as a Borg can have a Borg figure made. And the Klingon Borg figure has hair and a goatee.

Do the Borg typically still have eyebrows? Maybe they cover tham up with latex, or something. I never really paid attention.

I'm sure, if you want to really get down to it, they have eyelashes.

But what about pubes?

Posted by Aban Rune (Member # 226) on :

The Borg are very kinky by nature. I'm sure they shave.

I noticed that too about the AA Klingon Borg. The goatee looks really dumb.

There may have been an Hirogen Borg somewhere in the background at some point... but I don't recall seeing one specifically.

I'm also pretty sure the Borg (at least from FC onward) don't have eyelashes. Locutus did, even in FC, but as I recall, they were greyed back and lightened. Likely a result of the differences in Picard's assimilation. Certainly nothing to do with the fact that Stewart might not have wanted to shave his brows.

I don't know about a goatee, but the Klingon borg in First Contact had a Klingon-style mustache. Noticicing it is what made me realise it was a Klingon.

This random sig quote is brought to you by Brian Daley:

Some Klingons may have been assimilated just prior to the battle at Typhon sector of the Borh zipped through their space towards the Federation.

I could see some foolish Klingon captain wanting to test his mettle against the Borg nad having his ship easily assimilated as a result.

The longer a drone spends assimilated the less likely he would resemble his original form I figure.

Otr the mustache is just an experimental set of nano-probe tubules....

Also Hugh had at least one eyebrow visible.

I wonder if the Borg Queen shaves her kooter? C'mon ppl these are important questions!

Posted by AndrewR (Member # 44) on :

"Shaving is irrelevant"

So are kooters. You know, to the Borg.

Having a mechanical body and all, I don't think she even had one. Well, not a natural one anyways.

Haven't you heard of 'fuzzy logic'? [Smile]

No, thats what T'Pol has...at least by the third day.

OK, what the fuck is a "kooter?"

I swear I need an English-American dictionary.

I think its pretty easy to figure out using context. At least, I managed to figure it out.

Yes. But just in case you're just a bit slow (and not, say, a moron):

The Borg Queen is a woman. Women shave their hair in several places. F.G. was therefore talking about either:

1/ The hair on her head.
2/ The hair under her arms.
3/ The hair on her legs.
4/ The hair on her twat.

We know that she has no hair on her head. We know it can't be her arms or legs, since F.G. was talking about one thing, rather than two. Continue on this path, and you will find your answer.

"I swear I need an English-American dictionary."

I don't think it's a very common term.

And, to be honest, I always assumed it was spelled with a 'c'.

Ah. Apparently, someone in Pittsburgh came up with it.

Posted by F.G. (Member # 968) on :

I was simply referring to the the tow truck friend of the Brothers Duke from ''the Dukes of Hazzard''...!!!! [Smile]

Actually, they were cousins. They were ALL friggin' cousins. Bo, Luke, Daisy, and the two goofs who replaced the guys after they went off to become NASCAR stars, or whatever.

Cooter was just a redneck.
