Quickpost this image to Myspace, Digg, Facebook, and others!
EDIT: The horrible HTML/UBB Code bothered me.

1. This is Gabriel Koerner's Enterprise, not the new movie version. It's been out for quite a while now.
2. Could you edit your post so that it's a link instead of the picture? Navigating around that huge thing is really annoying.

Oh for Christ's sakes, this image was brought up in in the Trek IX thread by Dan.

I missed that thread, and it is too late for me to resize. I really believe that my evil doppleganger has taken possession of my computer skills today.

Great. There was I getting my hopes up when I saw the thread title - and what do I find? The bloody desktop background I'm currently using.

Despite disappointments, I think I would have been upset if this were an image from the forthcoming movie. Because there's the image, right there. I realize that I'm just another grumpy old man in the internets, but there was no spoiler warning, no indication that it was presumptively from the as-yet-not-here movie whatsoever. As I recall there have been one or two ships with this same "Enterprise" name. In future, I would request that folks conceal their pre-release images and such certainly with spoiler warnings and preferably through a link. Some of us are trying to avoid spoilage and it's only polite.
