I - I can't believe what they have done...
I finally get used to Faith of the Heart and then I download and watch "The Xindi"... What is with that theme - the episode is such a forboding, dark episode - including the teaser - and then along comes this campfire-song version of the theme... it's so happy and boppy and It sound like a cross between Hanson and I don't know what - a Salvation Army tambourine band... actually that would be better.
Just when you think they couldn't get any worse.

Yes. It really is a floater. I don't think they even changed the song... It sounds like they just added another instrumental track to it. On sopme places, the added stuff doesn't really go with the beat of the original.

Exactly - I couldn't believe how UPBEAT it was considering the content of season 3 and the last part of season 2!!
They've wanted to do a DS9 but thought... no let's get all commercial radio.

Sounds like 80's porn music meets a bad jamacian bar band. I can see Braga in the background with an old Casio keyboard providing that lame backbeat.

And Rick Berman doing a sleazy strip-tease.
Don't you think it's just WRONG for the feel of Season 3?? It should be something more like DS9 season 4.

I've realised what has happened to the Enterprise Theme...
It's like the Partridge Family have done a cover of Faith of the Heart! UGH!
