Has there been any anouncement of which FX company
is going to do the FX for Enterprise? Presumbly
Foundation would be the logical choice but I
haven't seen anything offical.

In a cost cutting move, it was announced that all FX for Enterprise would be compiled by ME!. I will be given a model kit, a video camera, and some red-translucent strips of paper.

And some explosives.
