If someone has the March 2003 ST Communicator - could you post the exterior views?

Good monkey, good...
Don't know how I missed those. Bit dark though. Does anyone have one a tad lighter (with more detail showing?)

I admit there were a few details lost when I adjusted the contrast. Also, there may be a few pixels missing where I interpolated the page fold (especially in the side view, just behind the saucer impulse engines).
Treknophyle: Just send me an e-mail, and I will see if I have a version where the contrast is not yet adjusted.

Those scans are from the Star Trek: The Magazine, not ST:Communicator. The ones in the communicator are more precise with only a few area not designated.

Aren't the ones from The Magazine the actual CGI used by Eden FX for the series?

Yes, they are. I wasn't aware that the Communicator had published anything "more precise."

The Communicator has just started what is called "Fleet Files", which just unveiled the Enterprise NX-01. It was pretty accurate, in fact, the profiles they show are the digital model that was also shown in ST:The Magazine, only they have more callouts. My only complain is that they did not call out the two torpedo lauchers on the bottom dome. The NX Class has six total launchers, four forward and two aft, that are for normal torpedoes. Then it has one forward and one aft for the Photonic torpedoes. You might want to check the Ex Astris Scientia under A Closer Look at the Enterprise NX-01 by Doug Drexler for more accurate information as well as the episode "The Expanse" for the updates made to the NX-01.

Well, in that case, it's only more precise in the additional labeling of the ship's functions, not the details or accuracies of the model (which is what we all thought in the first place)

My collaborator just mailed me a copy of said magazine.
Nice shots!

Those are the most accurate designs to date, but they are of the actual CGI model. May be some one could post the pics so we all can see.
Cheers,
