And just in time for the ugly demise of the Defiant, too. Did you see the first shot fired by our little armidillo in space?? Those two torpedoes alone nearly blew a quarter of the hull of a breen ship off. Not bad if you ask me. Before, in "Valiant," when they were rescuring jake and Nog, the Valiant fired six torpedoes to destroy the Jem'Hadar fighter. Anyhow, I doubt this is due to some new technology or warhead payload or anything, just bad SFX previously.
