Hi,

A friend of mine noticed the the underside of the Breen ships are particularly vulnerable and would like to know if an attack run could be plotted that way.

Also, he would like to know if the nav. deflector could be used to generate some sort of counter measure against the Breen energy weapon.

Er, that is how the fashioned the attack in "The Changing Face of Evil". That's all everyone targeted.

If the F/X people ever got creative in there attack patterens, yes.

And the deflector system will have to come into play somehow. What I want to know is, why the Klingon ships are unaffected. I hope they come up with something good for this.

It has something to do w/ their warp core. There's a special way that the core can be adjusted, or aligned, or something that counteracts the weapon. However, Fed and Romulan warp cores are different enough from Klingon that they can't do it...
