I was just watching the TOS episode Mark Of Gideon - and when Kirk lead Odana to the window, it had a blast shield similar to what we see over windows on the defiant in the mess hall...

I've noticed something akin to windows on the Defiant, but as usual, the exterior is completely plain.

There is apparently a window in Sisko's ready room (as of "Penumbra"), but that could be a viewscreen made to look like a window.

The window from the Mark of Gideon looks actually more like the window Lilly and Picard look out of in First Contact - the blast shield etc.
