No small question. In fact, it's nearly impossible to answer for every ship but one. Well, two.

Given time, we could work something out from the Enterprise D blueprints. We could also do something with the Defiant. (Actually, that one's easy. Extra cargo space: 0)

Is it true that Ferengi Marauders have most of their inner hull volume devoted to Cargo space?

hmmmmm I wonder what a ferengi Cargo bay looks like, we've seen Federation, Cardassian and Romulan - I don't even think we've seen Klingon cargo bays!

I beg to differ. Ever seen Star Trek IV? And don't give me that crap about it being modififed. Why modify the cargo bay?
