Hi, How long does it take a starbase to construct (build) a ship from scratch? (not a prototype)

It probably depends on how old and how large the design is, but I doubt a regular, everyday ship takes more than a year or two to build.

As has been said, it really depends on the class of vessel being built, and the period that it is being built in. Can you be more specific?
