This comfirms with what is known about the Centaur type ship.<BR>A digression: The Centaur type ship may have the designation "destroyer", as opposed to "medium cruiser" [DS9TM]. In "Sacrifice of Angels", Captain Sisko mentions destroyers commanded by Captains Diego and Reynolds. Captain Reynolds is captain of the USS Centaur. The fact that the USS Centaur may have a designation may argue against the assertion put forth by the DS9TM that the ship was a warship recently built using the parts of salvaged ships.
